About Reverand Michael Blackhawk Change Your Thinking - Change Your Life
Reverend Michael has been an ordained minister with The Universal Life Church since 1988. He is a non-denominational spiritual advisor. Although, he has extensively studied many paths including Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and many forms of these eastern and western philosophies.
His main work has been in the prison system, especially with alcoholics and drug addicts. 25 years experience has brought him to a tremendous knowledge of the basic text, steps, traditions and world concepts of recovery. Basically, he’s heard it all (if he hasn’t already done it himself), and has been a wonderful resource for those seeking spiritual growth and healing.
Hands-on healing has also been a regular part of his practice. Like most healers, his first experiences go back to early childhood, working with animals and nature. Although his style is his own and has no special name, he defiantly has the gift. He continues to be a grateful servant and tool of the universal love that is there for the taking (for us all). ... and he has been witness to and part of many great miracles of which words cannot do service, or begin to describe.
All that is required is some faith and willingness on behalf of the recipient. As he has said to me... ‘work with the willing, let go of the unwilling and bury the dead’. This may seem harsh, but I myself have found it is usually the best course.
